About This Game "Salutations. Would you like to attend a school for girls?"This romance visual novel explores the question of gender integration at a private school. Have looked at the photo gallery and it looks like there are some things that are missing so it might be good to have the full version on steam as well. But as I said on the whole it was a pretty good game. Don't know about anyone else but at times I really felt like telling the head mistress to pull her head in.. I played a lot of the adult version, and so my Steam playtime won't tell you how many hours I was staring at the lewd cutscenes... -ahem-The story itself is actually, pretty heartwarming. It has those usual cliche's for main characters, but looking past that I honestly liked it.I have a few complaints, one being that there are only 4 candidates for choice, and there's another girl within the story who I wish was a possible candidate...Secondly, there seems to be only 4 endings to the game, in which you only "pursue" one of the four girls. The game will also provide you with an early ending when you make a wrong decision towards a bad end, so too bad you don't get to see your love life 100% spiral out of control. Is it worth the price? That depends on your tastes. If you're not into reading visual novels with a lot of text, and character portraits, you should probably wait for a sale, $20 at best.Is the adult version worth it? uh.... Now I know you will see that I have like no time on this game, but I bought the game from Mangagamer so I got a steam key. Ahem, now lets get to the reviewI have only completed one route in the game and it took me a very long time to do it, despite being a very fast reader. I finished it in 15-20 hours. I can't give an exact time as steam doesn't keep track of your time in non-steam games. I would reccommend this to anyone who likes Visual Novels. The story line is really amazing as it doesn't focus on the whole eroge genre of it. It takes almost the whole game for you to reach any girl. I think it's worth a 9/10 for now as I've only done one route in terms of the story. As for the art and animation, its a simple design, some scenes have motion all the time, while others only change the characters posistion/eyes of them. I would've really liked full motion in the game for the price I paid, but its still good. 8/10 on that part.Choices in the game are really simple, they ask you to pick who you want to go after outright. They aren't as often as you would think which I really liked as it added more indepth information about characters. I actually had to go back to a previous save after picking a girl, realizing when I had more info about one of them that I'd rather go that route instead. 10/10 on that part.Overall this is the best Visual Novel I've read, giving it a solid 9/10 even a 10/10 perhaps when I finish all the routes.. This visual novel explores what hapens when woman have acquired large amount of power and riches. They controll large parts of the country, and men live in bitter poverty and are forced to turn to crime to feed their communitys. In this VN with multiple routes we explore this cruel world trough the eyes of Okonogi Masaya, our male protagonist.Masaya is a warior and master of various martial arts, and his mision is to infiltrate a high security feminist training camp.you have only a few contacts on the inside but danger lurks around every corner and you have to be very carefull.your goal is to break the feminist propoganda machine while fighting for the right for men to be educated as equals.10/10 this game deserves a nobel prize. Give Panterbell route pls. I want to kiss and hug him ><. Very charming and well detailed visual novel, I really loved this game and can't wait for W Happiness :3. I'll never ever forget Vincennes. The cast is impressive, 9 detailed heroines but just 4 routes (Rise, Chiho, Ritsuko, Ayaka) to date the other 5 girls (Ruriko, Konomi, Marika, Mitsuki, Tamie) you have to get the W Happiness version together with this one.I spent over 70 hours reading and still wanted more, so much that I went to buy the W Happiness right after. Common route was perfect and each heroine route as well, with the perfect balance between happiness and sadness, true love scenes and the obstacles your character will face to make it happen. They even give you a good background and believable explanation to why you ended up the only boy in an all girls school.Rise's voice is so good, pleasing to hear, luckly she is by far the one who speaks the most. On the opposite Ayaka's voice sounded like it was recorded on a pretty bad mic, I neraly wanted to mute her which is kinda sad but in no ways ruined my experience. Other than that the only issue I have is with the choices, 5 total choices and each time you just have to pick one of the 4 girls, The problem is that the first 3 times doesn't change anything at all and then if you didn't pick the same girl every single time the game just kicks you to the menu after the common route ends, no bad endings. That's really stupid, I hate when they do that, why not just put one choice at the very end of the common route then?Still, that VN raised the bar really high for me in the most important aspects.. cheesy but still really enjoyable for wat i have played so far. After Playing an decent about of the Story here is my review of Princess Evagile. You Play as the Protagonist Masaya, who after some family troubles, run in's with the Mob and lots of other unlucky situations his luck starts to change, He has been chosen to represent The Male Community in an Gender-intergation at an Private All-Girls School.....(Lucky Bas-A-Anyway moving on!)The Game is set up into 26 chapter with 4 Possible Routes (Why can't we have an Harem Ending!) The Game may appear Kinectic and slow at first with few choices, more or less these chatpers are for you to learn about the chararcters, but that is not an bad thing, the amount of Drama and storytelling during these chapters is byfar great and entertaining, even if an few may leave you laughing or crying. The Voice acting is top notch each chararcter sounded great clear and perfect. As for the Artwork the chararcter all had there own personal looks and style which made it nice to look at, and the CG Scenes during Events was really nice ranging from Full chararcter shots to cute little Chibi's.The Music......my god the music is lovely every little OST of this game is great to listen to it really sets the mood right from ones that play in every day occurance, to the silly music when something stupid just happend to the tear-jerking sad moments, its just Perfect. As for The Bad things about this game, there really are'nt any, the only nitpick i would have is that some of the main girls you see everyday are not Choices to be Routes but thats it XDAs for my Opinion Regradless of the Price i say this Game is an Must-Buy for Any Visual Novel Fan, it hits all the right marks.. As a person who loves to read, I must say that Princess Evangile is one of the most beautifully crafted visual novels I've ever read. Every charater has their own story and is likeable in their own way. I easily grew attached to each one as they were introduced one way or another. This novel also holds a hefty 25+ chapters, making it one of the longest novels I've read. There's also some aspects of a "choose your own adventure" story in here at certain intervals. While not too many of them are present in the story, they're placed at important intervals that can change the story in unique ways. I also must say that the writing in this novel is astounding. I found myself smiling, laughing, and even crying during many points of the story. Princess Evangile is one of those stories that's well worth the price, as well as also reading over for its four different endings. And yes, I said FOUR ENDINGS...
